Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production Time
- All custom orders are made to order. Production time typically takes 5 to 7 business days (depending on order complexity and volume).
- Embroidery and specialty prints may require additional processing time.
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after production.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days after production.
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their order’s progress. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order size. Free shipping is available for local orders only.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours after placement. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at mkmshirts@gmail.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist with tracking or re-shipping the item.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
- If your item arrives damaged, please provide photos, and we will replace or refund it based on our return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.
