If ordering a logo, please ensure your school logo is on file with us or upload it if instructed.
Processing Time
Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after artwork approval (if required). Rush service is available for an additional fee.
Customer-Supplied Garment Policy
Customers providing their own garments must supply new, clean polos suitable for embroidery. While every precaution is taken during production, MKM B.O.O. is not responsible for manufacturer defects, fabric flaws, or replacement costs if a customer-supplied garment is damaged during embroidery.
