Return & Refund Policy for MKM BOO Custom Printing & Embroidery

At MKM BOO Custom Printing & Embroidery, each item is made with care and personalized just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we’ve established the following return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for our customers.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom-embroidered and personalized items (including names, logos, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

The item arrives damaged

There was a mistake made by us (such as a misspelled name or wrong design)
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Non-Custom Items
For blank or non-personalized items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned at the buyer’s expense unless the item was defective
A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once a custom order is in production. If you need to make a change, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect personalization info entered by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
