2. Orders & Customization

  • All orders must be placed through our website or an authorized sales channel.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their design, text, images, and other customizations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Production time varies depending on order volume and product type. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We partner with trusted carriers, but we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
  • Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the defect for a resolution.
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the legal right to use any images, logos, or designs submitted for printing/embroidery.
  • By submitting a design, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

7. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US$ and are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • We accept numerous payment methods.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, changes may not be possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
